I normally don't do reviews but I have to give a special call out to the staff at Sheraton. Not only were they amazing in terms of their friendliness and helpfulness, but I personally felt they went above and beyond in terms of their service. They even provided a birthday cake for one of us since our birthday happened to fall in between our stay. Thanks again guys for making our stay pleasant and possibly one of the best (if not the best) in Mumbai

Hotel is a fabulous property with great attentive staff. In-house restaurant offers good food. House staff is excellent and pay attention to small details.
Convenient location, good service make it a nice place to stay.
