Changing name of hotel made it impossible for drivers to find hotel. Drivers of any kind don’t speak English so can’t direct them at any time. Breakfast was Indian only food. Not a place for westerners. Staff were delightful, they tried to help when ever they could

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Even though they had the booking however they rudely told me to wait as there was a fare issue
