We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim.
We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

Posted 12 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is well situated, and has very gun potential but it is average.The 1st thing they can do is improve on the cleanliness. The workers always look untidy and sweaty. The do not provide any bathroom accessories, not even a shower cap, i thought it was standard on all 3 star hotels.

Well located hotel

Great breakfast in the morning; service at breakfast was wonderful. Front desk service could have been better. We didn't receive a wifi code until 30 minutes after check in as the "computer was resetting"? Also, when we asked for more hangers, they returned saying they couldn't find anymore.

Loved our room
Posted 14 Jan 2020 on HotelsWe had a beautiful room on the top floor with a king size bed and fantastic shower. The a/c was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. This hotel is very close to a major street in Colaba that allows easy access to restaurants and sights. Be aware that there’s a lot of street noise but that’s probably unavoidable in this section of Mumbai.

The Ascot Hotel is a lovely place to rest and relax amidst the Colaba chaos! The rooms are spacious and quiet, the prepared coffee is excellent, breakfast is plentiful, and the staff is truly superb.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid-range place in Mumbai's Colaba area.
