Ok hotel
Posted 12 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe Riverfront is an ok hotel, I'd happily go back there but there were a few things which let it down for me. Firstly, the shower had certainly seen better days, needed a good clean and tended to flood the whole bathroom. Maybe other rooms have better facilities but I think it s a good indicator that it is about time this hotel had a bit of a renovation. Buffet breakfast ok, and a reasonable choice. Great view from here too, over the river. The staff were ok but like the whole building, seemed a little tired, lacking that customer care which I am used to from hotels in Thailand, budget or not. Overall I'd give it an ok rating, but nothing to shout about. As I said though, I'd stay again, but my expectations would be lower.

Clean. Good AC. Excellent Wifi. Great view of Laos and Mekong River from 6th floor breakfast room. Free breakfast good. Very comfortable bed. Good under cover free parking. Excellent shower room. Spotless. Hotel a little dated - so what. Fantastic. Price amazing.

Very clean, good location, and friendly staff make this a good choice. The parking is also a convenient plus.

Good breakfast with fantastic view of Mekong .
