We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. "On the positive the room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice bathroom and came with a kitchen. It's situated directly across the lake from the train station with great walks starting just along the street. "This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. "I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Every staff member went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and the hotel was spotless, welcoming and very homely.
