We had had a long day of driving and thought that as check in is 2pm that the room would be available. Was told that the hotel staff had had a big day but they should be able to get your room ready. Others also did not have their rooms ready either. Then was also told that they could see that we had ordered breakfast but that...

"Everything as expected, however room and sofa felt dusty. Didn't realise the Library room was on the ground floor so balcony was basically next to the street. "
