Funcionários atenciosos

Hotel bom, porém longe de Mucugê e antigo. Funcionários muito atenciosos, boa comida no restaurante, porém as instalações mereciam uma renovação. Principalmente os banheiros, bem ultrapassados. Mas nada que impeça-nos a ficar novamente neste hotel.

O hotel é bom e o atendimento é ótimo, mas todas as toalhas e roupas de cama estavam manchados e com aparência de muito velho. Pedi trocar uma toalha e veio ainda pior.

Une belle étape au cœur de la Chapada Diamantina, avec une vue plongeante sur la vallée d'un côté, les montagnes de l'autre, chambres un peu spartiates mais propres, seul inconvénient les tubulures d'AC sont adossées aux fenêtres et font un bruit assez fort toutes les 10 ou 15 minutes. Potager privé bien organisé, petit déjeuner correct. Dommage les travaux sur le terrain d'à côté qui nous ont privé de profiter de la vue dans les chaises longues du jardin

O hotel tem uma vista linda. Porém, as instalações são muito antigas, a acústica do quarto é bem ruim. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, variado e farto. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e solícitos. O hotel tem tudo para ser incrível desde que fizessem uma reforma nas instalações dos quartos (móveis, piso, cheiro de mofo, tomadas).

Vista deslumbrante na melhor localização de Mucugê

Hotel com excelente localização. Cercado de montanhas e um visual deslumbrante. Quarto superior vista montanhas muito confortável. Um deck na área externa muito convidativo p contemplar o por-do-sol, tomar um bom vinho ou simplesmente relaxar. Café da manhã satisfatório. Wifi funciona perfeitamente. Apesar da proximidade das cachoeiras, Falta-lhe uma piscina...

Deixou a desejar

A localização do hotel é boa, o chuveiro é muito bom (temperatura e pressão da água) e a vista é maravilhosa. Infelizmente as qualidades param por ai. O atendimento no restaurante, como no bar deixou muito a desejar. O quarto era terrívelmente mal iluminado a noite (é só trocar o LED, essa ta fácil de resolver). Também não tinha espelho no quarto e quase nenhuma tomada. Por fim, toalhas e lençois muito velhos (alguns com manchas e pequenos ragos). De modo geral o lugar é bom, mas o custo benefício não compensa.

O lugar é agradável. Porém, caso não conheçam o local, sugiro pedirem orientação quanto à localização. Pois, o GPS na região da Chapada falha em alguns casos. Os motivos são diversos.
