Uncomfortable stay...already booking online but when arrived at the hotel...the reception said my booking not in the system...must make new booking ...and heartbreaking..the price double than booking online..

Aircon not cold. No toilet paper. Tap dripping. Not clean.

The room was okay, booked for deluxe triple room. Floor quite slippery, could be dangerous for old people and kids. Only one mirrors provided in the bathroom. Counter service was okay. Thank you.
