"My journey in Azur plaza was horrible, 1st at check in, cant find my reservation (paid in full online) and had to argue for hours, finally at 3am, their staff assigned a room, worst I ever seen. Humidity and moisture on the wall, toilet stinks with broken seat, I have pictures to upload. In the morning at verification with the front desk, still cant find my reservation.
