. I was able to bath open air while listening and viewing the forest and Sabie river from my room. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had issues with the wifi, but the manager ensured someone was out the next day to fix it. I’m also a vegetarian and the manager created a whole menu just for me. That was very thoughtful. A few mornings I left early...

"What a great finding! Beautiful design, extremely friendly staff, amazing dinner experience with excellent food, wine and service. Every centimeter of the hotel is designed and thought through. Just a pleasure to watch! The breakfast was feast and the staff extremely attentive. The reception staff went above and beyond when we forgot our jackets in the hotel. They promptly shipped them to our next hotel. That type of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Fusion Team!"
