"Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. "The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

"Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website."

"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"This is a lovely upscale property in the city centre of Kampala. It is within a short drive from the town's business centre and nicest international standard restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice, with top notch security, good food and nice rooms. We really enjoyed the Swimming Pool which is well above anything we expected, with its waterfall and greenery."

"The Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo is spotlessly new, classy, and very well managed. The staff are friendly and very professional. The neighbourhood is one of the safest and most upscale in Kampala. However, unlike some of the other big high-end hotels in the city, they dont offer a buffet for dinner consistently."
