Posted 9 Oct 2024 on HotelsLimited space to move in parking area . No restaurant operation for meals other than breakfast . Shabby appearance in rooms and common areas. Hard lumpy and uncomfortable beds. And pricey . Don’t stay here unless you have to .

Dear Mr Carr,Thank you for the time spent to your review. I’m very sorry to read your disappointment about your stay and even more the 4/10 score you left. That’s true we have a small parking but many people enjoy it as we are located in the city center, even if there are a lot of parking spots all around. Also we have no restaurant but propose some variety of snack food for the same reason, there are plenty reastaurants less than 5 minutes walking. Finally, I have to tell I’m quite astonished you didn’t have a comfortable sleep as many people really enjoy our beds but this is specific between one’s feel. Car park is only 1.9m max and is expensive breakfast is very expensive at 19 euros but other than that great hotel

Very quiet, with pleasant staff. Mostly good condition but looking a little tired in some rooms.

Superb hotel. Quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable.
The staff are so friendly and professional. Loved the room. Breakfast was an added bonus and well worth paying for.
My stay was excellent. The Alize is a first class hotel. Very happy.
