I’ve stayed at this place before! Room was clean and renovated. This time, my room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink counter and hair in the shower. Also a dead spider. Additionally for check in - they were supposed to send a code so I can get through my room door. Didn’t get the message about my check in codes and contacted hotels.com to inquire.

I liked the self check-in. Self-parking was convenient. Room was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The only negative was the mini refrigerator never got cold.

The hotel has no staff in site. Our door didn't recognize the provided access codes, probably because the lock was broken. But with nobody on site and nobody responding to emails / calls we were stuck and couldn't enter the room. An exceptionally bad experience. Also, the gym has multiple fitness machines but only on treadmill was working.

Lots of little things weren't great. The first code to the room didn't work and had to be reset. The tv remote didn't work when we arrived. There's no fan in the bathroom, so it remained steamy after showers. A light switch was broken, the tp holder wasn't properly attached to the wall, so tp slipped to the floor when used. Stairwell was full of trash the whole weekend. Overall, the stay was fine, despite these annoyances.
