Lovely clean hotel with complementary parking.
Disliked the experience at checkout and the slightly arrogant tone of voice from the male receptionist. Hospitality training is recommended. There is no need to sound pretentious and rude that checkout was at 11 am.

Shashi is my new favorite hotel in the Bay Area, and I couldn't be more impressed! The accommodations are not only exceptionally clean but also incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect stay.

One of the members of the hotel, Antonio, was very helpful. Not just him, but everyone was really nice and the hotel is fantastic!
