The front desk is very unhelpful & untrained, lack of efficiency. They made it so inconvenient to get any help from them, borrowing an umbrella needs 15 minutes waiting and then signing the paper work. There is a long line in front of front desks during my time there.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to restaurants and shopping. Nice fitness center and pool.

We come into town to work at Stanford Athletic events and always look forward to staying at the Hyatt Centric. It is one of our favorite hotels in California.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Mountain View was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was on vacation—even without leaving the hotel! The atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting, I didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for, making it the perfect home away from home. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel has everything you need for a fantastic stay.
I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Mountain View and can’t wait to visit again!
