They monitor you, very strict in parking and visitors. Not welcoming and it’s hard to check in. Room is clean though

Thank You for staying at Hotel Aria and yes we do monitor the property very well and that why everyone feels safe and at home as we are located on El Camino there are many people who park their car and go and so we do issue parking permits and also most of the time people say they are 2 people and end up 4 in the room and every guest additional are extra charges so we have to and ther is nothing wrong in that our staff is very welcoming and take care of every guest you can read our reviews regarding staff also

Aria is a quaint little hotel located in downtown Mountain View. We loved our stay. Staff friendly, extremely clean, comfortable, beautiful.

The staff was knowledgeable and to the point, the room was clean and ready.
It was very satisfying for the price.

The place is clean, but very primitive and the breakfast is over simplified. The whole feel is that it is a motel, not rally a hotel. I would not complain if it is half the price, but oh well, this is California....

Dear Guest, Thank You for staying with us and for the review as for the breakfast is concerned, it is mentioned on Expedia that we offer only continental breakfast and what we offer is also mentioned when a guest gets message from the hotel been independent we do not require to serve breakfast but we want our guest to start their day with something and for the price we charge for the room it is more than and as far as it is mentioned it is a small boutique hotel with everything that the guest would have in a room and bigger hotels do not have bathroom designed or rain fall shower we have tried our best to keep up and make sure gets enjoys their stay.Warm regards,Guest Experience TeamHotel Aria Mountain View

Good stay. Clean, convenient location, quick check-in/out. That's about all I want in a hotel, and that's what I got. I'd stay there again in a split-second.
