There was an open attic in the room. They refused to give me a refund because I washed my hands when I came into the room, before noticing the attic. I reserved their most expensive room at 6pm, arrived at 6:30pm, and left by 7pm. So they did not lose any business over me, and they had 4 other identical rooms vacant, and more cheaper rooms.

Thanks for your input Ones you rent the room and spent more then 30 min in room and use the room and asking for refund ???????? No one gives the refund after use facility, We did appreciate for that

Motel near surgery center

Modern amenities. Pleasant decor. Some traffic noise. Friendly manager gave discount due to stay near surgery center (1 block). TV sound did not work and radio could not set time.

Bring warm clothes

Maximum temperature in room was 61 degrees according to my phone battery.

When you coming next time and if you have any issue please let us know . recently we have all room renovated and all room have all heating and cooling works so great, All AC and Heating unit are new . Stay Away! You can do much, much better.

Really Bad Place! My computer and phone were hacked within 1 hour of me leaving there. DO NOT STAY HERE! I wanted to leave leave the first day, owner said I had to stay 2 nights... ( I payed for 7 nights). Then as I packed my truck and waited for my refund receipt the police showed up. He lied and said I would not leave his property. The police could see I was upstanding citizen and there was no problem. Thank You Mountain View PD!..The wife is just as psycho. Stay Away! Room had a microwave, fridge, ac unit all original from the 70's. The counters clean but the floor was FILTHY! Really bad. I used there towels to mop the floor. Towels were super ruff and dirt stained. Shower curtain stained and dirty... No secondary door lock either and when I woke from the first night my door was unlocked! Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews too... I wish I did!

Pleasant stay, kind of noisy due to the busy street but the staff was friendly. Located next to downtown Mountain View so food options are plentiful.

Good - staff friendly, room clean Not so good- No hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes.
