I was there for 3 days and never got my room cleaned.

We are sorry about the frustrations that resulted of not having your room cleaned during your stay. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our room cleaning policy changed while the restrictions are in place. Stayover guest rooms are being cleaned upon guest request. We do our best to let all guests know at check-in, both verbally and with the signage posted at the front desk. We are sorry if this was not mentioned to you at check-in.
