not their fault- under staffed like most places these days- the staff that was there were super friendly tho- its my fault i didnt call ahead to know that outdoor pool was closed

The room was clean. The balcony not at all clean. There were spiders and mosquitos and spider webs up above. Two chairs and table had dead bugs on them. We had them come and spray for the bugs. They should do that before guests arrive.

Don’t go to bar or restaurant. None of the vending machines worked.

They were definitely short staffed. Trash cans were overflowing inside and outside the facility. There were not enough staff to accommodate the guests at the restaurant. The room looked well worn. The walls were dirty in areas. The bed skirt was frayed and stained. The air conditioner blew directly on the bed below. If you turned the air down it was stuffy, so you had to choose your battle. The staff were very helpful though and tried the best they could. Many were seen doing multiple jobs, just to try to keep up. We would come back and try a cabin next time.

A great place to stay, beautiful surroundings, lake view was nearly everywhere . The food was good, but the wait for seating was poor. They really need more help.Once we were seated, we got waited on within 5 or 10 minutes, and the waitresses were all very nice. Lake view was great from the main restaurant. The whole place looked clean, including our room. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The facility was wonderful for our gaming friends get together. On-site fire pit, grill and parking made the stay convenient, comfortable and relaxing.

We love going to Deer Creek whenever we can!!! The lake view is amazing and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere! You hike swim and so much more.
