Not the worst but not the greatest… being an IHG member I was somewhat disappointed. A/C in the room was worse than most newer properties. Check in was good check out we were. Little put off by the wait at the counter

Checked into room. Smelled like a dead animal. One of the “clean” bed sheets had a large stain and hair. Hotel is short staffed. Find another option.

Bathroom not clean, paint on the bathroom floor and on the wall nasty dirty and been never cleaned, very old problem looks like month old,7 wall plugs not working,coffee machine not working,microwave when open tips over and almost fall down. Room smells very bad. When I ask staff about cooffee maker not working,she said I will be right back,never cam back,went to the breakfast room, no more biscuits. Ants on the wall and on the table, Try to talk to the manager, called me sweetly and said you should have come to me right away. I asked why they don’t check the rooms,answer we do, ja right. Why do I have to come and complain about the room, they should never rent the room in the first place. Disappointed,spend all my key cash on a bad room. They never called me and apologized. What a ……. I hope you can do something about it. I still have the video i took of the ants.
