It was hard to locate and the staff (not all) were not very friendly..the room was ok but we were there 2 nites and there was never a maid service. There wasn't a glass or ice bucket in the room or add'l roll of toilet tissue (we had to request from front desk)

Property was situated in a great area of Pittsburgh/Mt. Lebanon and had everything to make our weekend great. Great staff, breakfast and parking on site.
