No heat in our room, then the phone didn't work to call the front desk. They moved us and upgraded our room to a suite. The hot water was very inconsistent in the shower: takes forever to warm up, then it's scalding, then by the time you find the right temperature it turns cold. Beds were comfortable. Sofa in our first room was stained and filthy.

The Hamilton inn is a great place. Easy to get coffee or tea anytime and pretty much anything needed. Beds a comfortable and pillows are great. I would stay here again. The staff so far has been very nice and helpful.
