"The front desk woman that checked us in was not very friendly she did not greet us nor did she say much, she seem to not like her job very much because if you are in the hospitality business you should engage with the guests! There is no good morning, no thank you for staying with us we hope to see you again, nothing! My uncle Laci Szöke and his family were very good friends with the owner and that is why we stayed there. "Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...
