We always stay at the Burke and Wills Mt Isa. It’s convenient to shopping and access to the Bruce Highway. Check in is fast and staff are helpful

Friendly staff and we’re allowed to book in a little earlier than 2 pm which was greatly appreciated. Room clean comfy bed a/c worked well. Handy location to shops.

The accommodation was very comfortable with fenced on site parking. The property is a 2 storey building with no lifts, so only stairs. If there is a mobility issue you would need to request a ground floor room.

I am in Mount Isa for 5 days to visit my daughter. It's Mount Isa! All things considered, the two bedroom motel suite is fine and ideal. Crockery & cutlery is provided (just in case) but there is no "kitchen sink" to speak of ... nonetheless the location is "perfect" for a 6 a.m. walk and some nearby shops & supermarkets, cafes, takeaways & a couple of "pubs". I will have no hesitation booking the B&W again if I re-visit my daughter next year.
