"Had a wonderful stay that was kicked off with a glass of bubbles on arrival which was a lovely touch. Staff were excellent & attentive. Only a couple of minor things to mention, an air vent above the shower very dusty & the entrance/exit to the lift in the car park could do with a lick of paint/refresh. Like I said minor but could help to bring the standard up. Really had a lovely time."

"The first room we were allocated was dated and definitely not up to Hilton standard. Staff generously upgraded us to a King Deluxe Room, that was better but still not a five star room. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good, valet parking very efficient. Overall this hotel falls short of the usual Hilton Standard."

"We had a good stay at the Oval. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good which we can see the Oval from the restaurant. However Kelly who checked us in was not friendly. Not sure she should be working in hospitality as we thought we were dealing with a robot who have no facial expression and no warmth in her tone and can't even smile.
