Great Bread & Breakfast. Beautiful grounds and Inn with Victorian furnishings. The rooms were well-appointed, and I especially liked the Tiffany lamps. Family-owned who were very friendly and helpful and considerate. Historic Mount Dora was a short walk away. I plan a return trip.

Great location just disappointed that you couldn’t see the lake. Innkeeper was wonderful and delicious breakfast

Unfortunately the trees have grown up & the railroad owns the property across the street; when we bought here 20 years ago we had a view . . . Thanks for the kind words and for being our guest & come see us again . . .

Unexpected Surprise!!!

I read all the reviews and chose the Heron based on that, however to our surprise the Inn is even better and more pleasant !! Amazing gourmet breakfast and perfect host as it should be with all B&B stays which are now rare to find. We will return !!!
