The staff were exceptional, friendly and very responsive. Property was very clean and neat. Morning breakfast was excellent.

I messaged the property letting them know we were sick and was hoping for a response but we never got one. I understand that we lose a nights stay as a deposit but it looks like both you and the property think we stayed there when we did not. I’m looking to get this issue handled and get the remainder of our stay refunded. Thank you.
