Not as expected stay

We had two rooms, one was okay but other wasRooms rustic & smelly. Dirty towels, leaky bathroom, low pressure for hot water shower. Bed mattress was very soft. Room carpet was dirty. Good things were: Complementary breakfast; surrounding ambience; location; helpful, friendly & courteous staff.

Family trip at Mount Abu

The stay at the hotel was great. It is one of the better hotels in the Mount Abu region and caters to a lot of domestic and international customers. Rooms were clean and staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet was nice and complete. The only weird thing was that we were asked to check out at 10am. I always thought that the checkout was 11. Rest all was great.

Clean room and bathroom. Minimal facilities. Staff helpful. Food only room service. Not much choice. Left much to be desired.

Quick stay over

Stayed with my family for one night. Hotel location is excellent. The only factor missing is a proper restaurant therefore food choice is limited. I would love to stay again in the same hotel next time on my visit to Mt.Abu.

Pros: Nothing was impressive.....
Cons: Many improvements are required starting from the reception............
Location: Location is very good and many places may be visited, specially Dilwara Temple, Guru Shikhar, Nakki Lake..........
Nothing was there to enjoy/celebrate while it was 31st night, room was not cleaned properly, hot water was not available as per our requirements.......even in morning @8.45am i had received a call from hotel reception that your time is over please check out immediately..............

Hotel not worth to consider even as an option

Pros: There is nothing to like in this hotel- Just deplorable to see that this hotel is listed on Expedia
Cons: Beyond repair and would highly Not recommend this hotel
Location: Mount Abu is a very nice place to visit with Lake Nikki, Shanti Hbawan, Jain temple etc
I decline to write my experience because the conditions were deplorable and potential health hazard to develop malaria, dengue fever or hepatitis (rooms filled with mosquitos, monkey camping outside the rooms, kitchen open with no closed doors, local staff with no prior hotel training, cooking with bare hands, etc...you can go on an on). I checked in and within one hour after seeing all these conditions, I decided to check out and go into a better hotel (Hotel Hilltop) So if you are worried about your health, please do not ever consider this hotel. I have already lodged my complain with Expedia through email and personnally speaking with the manager the same evening and a follow up conversation 3 days later but I am yet to see a resolution to my complain or a response yet
