Not Service Dog friendly!!!

I stayed with my service dog. The hotel would not allow my dog to accompany me to the breakfast area. She said that the owners would not allow it. I tried to explain that was against ADA but she argued with me. She also argued that one of my disabilities was NOT eligible for a service dog which is inaccurate. I also had to sign something for my service dog which I have NEVER had to do before. I felt humiliated. I'm NOT happy at all with my experience and will be filing a complaint with the ADA and Dept of Justice.

Never was it said that the owner would not allow it. The paper that you signed was the rules for service animals at our hotel which is to safe guard us and you in case something were to happen during your stay. We accept trained service animals. Emotional support animals are not service animals and are not acknowledged by the ADA under Title 1. The lady was not arguing with you at all but was explaining her experience that she has had with her son and his service animal. We are sorry that you interpreted it as arguing. We never meant to make you feel humiliated. She even upgraded you to downstairs at no additional charge to a more expensive room even though you reserved one of our cheaper upstairs rooms.

Muy buena atención y muy buena limpieza unas ubicación buena y muy tranquilo el lugar fui a visitar a mi hijo y me quede en el hotel con el y la verdad no tengo quejas alguna... se los recomiendo que lo visiten y un muy buen desayuno

Receptionist had an attitude

We are sorry that you feel that the receptionist had an attitude with you when you were told that you couldn't check in early as nothing was clean when you arrived 1 hour after check out wanting to check in early. She did however come and get you from your car as soon as one was available and allowed you to still check in early and did NOT charge you the 25.00 early check in fee.We hope that you have a BLESSED day.

The bath tub doesn’t drain well and the staff are unprofessional,I asked for a spoon and was told that they don’t give them out at night and that is crazy because I am a paying customer. I won’t ever stay at this room again.

When you brought the issue of the drain to the attention of the front desk you were asked if maintenance needed to go up and tend to it immediately. You then stated no you were just letting us know that it was draining slow. We thanked you and said we would get it the following morning. As for the spoon issue we normally do not supply those at night as we are not a store and if we gave them out at night there would be none left for breakfast the following morning as people are continuously asking for spoons and forks at night. We are sorry that you do not agree with our policies.We hope that you have a blessed day.

We do apologize about the parking lot. We are still in the middle of renovations and that is on the list to be fixed we just haven't gotten that far yet. As with all renovations they do take time. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.We hope you have a BLESSED day.
