I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up.
I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days.
The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink.
The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance.

Very basic hotel, not much breakfast and not much else. rooms very basic but clean enough.
