"We had the most incredible time at Phos Hotel! Me and my best friend booked Phos Hotel for our yearly girls’ holiday and we were just blown away by the service, cleanliness and friendliness here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured - it’s really peaceful and relaxing as it’s not a huge hotel which we prefer. The staff were incredible and always went above and beyond for us! Maria and Petros were both fantastic, so kind and helpful, printing off the bus timetable, booking excursions and giving us recommendations of places to go! Akis on the bar and the security guy were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome and safe! Our room was spotless (and continued to be, housekeeping was fantastic!), we had a view over the pool, which was glorious to wake up to every day. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety, and again the staff were super friendly and took good care of us. The location was perfect for us as we wanted easy access to the beach, but also the ability to be able to get into Chania easily by public transport! Chania is a €2 20 minute bus journey away, so super easy and cheap to get to! We also went to Rethymno which was just over an hour away by bus and only about €7 (you have to go to Chania first and get the bus from there!). We just had the most amazing time here, wish we could come back already!! Would definitely recommend!"

"Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent hospitality, several buffet breakfast options. They have parking available if you are driving a rental. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and great vibe. If you are looking for a beach front hotel, this is it! Nice sunset view from the beach. We loved every bit of it. Thank you. "

"Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with lovely quality furnishings. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. All the staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. Pool area is lovely with plenty of beds, connected to the beach with use of the hotels sunbeds. Food at the pool bar is lovely. We booked a garden view room which had the worst view of any hotel I have stayed in, roof view with a few plants on it and rotten windows, we didn’t use the balcony once. We had room 317, so if you can avoid that room, I presume 316 and 318 had the same awful view. I don’t think all the garden room views were as bad as ours. It didn’t spoil our holiday in this lovely hotel but was a bit disappointing 😢 The location is great, in a relatively quiet area with a 10 minute walk to platanius where it is a bit livelier. Great hotel with lovely staff, would recommend. "
