One of our favorite features was the free bikes available all around the resort! It made getting around the gorgeous grounds not only convenient but also fun. Another standout was the water stations offering clean, filtered water—such a thoughtful touch that made staying hydrated a breeze. Our room was a dream. Everything was brand new and equipped with the latest technology, including Bluetooth connectivity and surround sound for music. "We arrived late in the dark due to several plane delays. We were able to communicate these changes with managers. They were fast to communicate going up and beyond to help navigate our arrival. In addition, they spoke with our car rental group to let them know our situation. We did not have a chance to eat after being in airports over 7 hours. The managers provided us with snacks, fresh bread slices and fish salad and freshly cut mango! It was delicious and so appreciated. It had been a long day."
