We have been many times in Mosonmagyorovar and we liked it again. The main plus is that in the price you can freely visit the spa , both hotel and thermal area were partly restored. Not many people, calm and relaxing. Hotel room are o.k. as well as breakfast. Staff is polite. In the evening you can walk in the vicinity along the river or make some trips outside to the Danube area. We come again.

This hotel had several large pools and a huge Jacuzzi as well all sorts of massage and other treatments available.

This is one of at least two hotels which seem to have the same name. The big one has a grumpy woman running the restaurant . This smaller hotel is hidden down a side road. Had to wait a while for a receptionist to respond to the bell. It has a dirty dusty badly lit garage. My bicycle luggage did arrive clean on the bicycle but then had to be cleaned to take inside after unloading in the garage. Their restaurant had by then closed. Hence my unfortunate visit to the other place. At least I was made welcome at the Hungarian (Windmill) restaurant opposite on this my very first day in Hungary.

debit without authorisation

wihtout any authorization they have debited everything on the credit card used as guarantee while each guest had to pay for the stay.
having found the unexpected debit on the credit cart, I've asked many times the relative invoice withtout any reply.
It is first time it happened such thing and for sure I'll never stay again in this hotel

In the confirmation you cansee the hotel will charge the card. You get the details, the colleague only did the work. B every booking was your bank card details, if you send message you have special wishes, we made so invoices, without that we dont have another possibilities.
