"The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak....

"Despite having a little discrepancy between Expedia and the hotel itself (Expedia did not send a confirmation of my reservation), the staff made sure to get me situated into a room and then worked hard to get it all sorted. They made me feel so at home. "Everything inside the property was excellent. Although parts of the the facility are currently under renovation, there was no inconvenience to guests. The staff were very friendly and professional and even helped us with a taxi driver who over charged our group. Sadly the area outside the facility has the same problem with the rest of Port Vila roads....in need of major overhaul & repairs."
