Stained towels, dirty floors, a shower door that won't close, tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. The only redeeming factors are large carparks and it's close to M1 access.

On arrival no one to check you in, called phone to be told they on way but no one showed up. When they did they couldn't get into office. Finally got room's but no info eg wifi( which is advertised). Once in rooms tv remote no batteries and heater 1 battery but needs two. Bed mattress old springs broken like laying on flooring. Very disappointed especially for the price. Found previous guest rubish in room.

Heater / Air con not working so got cold in room til electric small blow heater was delivered hours later. No Reception staff, locked office. Ph call out for key to arrive. Single bed had not clean sheets. Disappointed overall. Nice Quiet location

Great little spot for us. Found good restaurants in the area. But there was no bath mat in bathroom so we had to use hand towel. And there was a broken mirror next to lounge. But over all great.

First thing I noticed was the toilet seat had been left up. Next was the wall and table lamps had no globes, making the room very dark. Cracked light switches and power points, Black marks all over the front of the fridge. No security chain on the door, which appeared to have had a forced entry. Bench with the basin had partially collapsed on one end. No bath mat for the shower floor (used a towel). No electrical appliances had been tested and tagged (a mandatory electrical safety regulation). On the third day I returned to my room to find all the towels and soap had been removed but not replaced and food I had left was also gone. The microwave heated, but the turntable did not. I called the contact number as there is no reception/front desk at this property. The owner brought me towels and said housekeeping got the wrong room. I asked about missing globes etc and he said they don't replace them as they are frequently stolen. The bed was reasonable and the room was clean, but otherwise, it was one of the worst experiences I have encountered as a frequent traveller.

Confusion about which property I was checking into on arrival from receptionist. Room carpet was wet, stank of pee, people living in crisis accommodation and best of all BED BUGS. Was transferred to another motel during the night from the helpful man however room was a disgrace. Worst experience ever at a motel.
