"Abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per tre persone due adulti e un bambino abbiamo avvisato la struttura che saremmo arrivati alle 19:30 20.00 , al nostro arrivo però la stanza non era pronta abbiamo inoltre fatto presente che eravamo in due anziché tre ma secondo loro la prenotazione era solo per due e ci hanno messo in una stanza doppia? Ci sono stati consegnati due asciugamani doccia un asciugamano viso due tappetini da doccia... Abbiamo consumato la colazione in due cappuccio e brioche arrivate...
