It’s Morro Bay.. special. Room is big, clean, and very cute with a small table and chairs included in the usual amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This place was a decent place. Everything went well nice and quiet. The only thing I struggled with was the parking for the trucks you had to grab one at the end or park in the truck parking.

Property was average. They allow pets, but no breakfast. Conveniently close to the embarcadero and the farmers market. Room was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable for my old back. Room had updated items, tile bathroom and a nice vanity area. Included a refrigerator and TV, though we did not use either. Free WiFi was provided at checking. Property manager was efficient, but I wouldn't say friendly exactly. She didn't ask us if we needed anything at check in or how our stay was upon leaving. 3 things: - you hear everything. The insulation could be better so that you don't have to hear the neighbors t.v., the kids feet, or the rumble of voices. - We travel with a dog and we were put in the one room where 2 stray cats seem to live. The cats cried all night, right at our door, and my dog was actively trying to investigate the cats. All night. - water pressure in the shower is affected by other's use, so it fluctuates significantly. It didn't run out of hot water, thankfully, but you had to stand very close to the wall to be in the stream as it would weaken everytime a neighbor turned on their water.
