Looks like this property is on sale. Lights did not work, pull out sofa had a stench, hair dryer was dirty, carpet not cleaned, room smells like mold, pillow had stains of mold.

staff member opened the door on me while I was taking a shower. There was no secondary lock on the door so they opened they were able to open the door and I had to yell. I was so scared after that. Wouldn’t stay here again unless I had a more secure door

The staff was incredibly rude and there were bugs in the batch tub. Definitely don’t recommend

Requested a bottom floor room and they said it’s only for old people and the older woman at the front desk was rude the entire time. She kept asking if I had dogs even though I said no multiple times. Hotel wasn’t completely booked that day. Opened our fridge and it had stuff stuck in it so we didn’t use it and with how we were treated at check in we didn’t request for it to be cleaned. We were placed right next to the stairs and have listened to people run up and down them since we got there.

The staff was so incredibly rude when I showed up to check in. They were telling me it was too late even though I showed up at 9:30pm and their policy states they’re open until midnight. The woman at the desk also told me I needed to leave by 10am and since I was leaving earlier that my boyfriend had to leave when I left as well. She kept insinuating we were going to destroy the room and saying she was going to charge me 200 if anything happened. I’ve stayed here twice before and was never treated like that before I was incredibly uncomfortable and felt very belittled. DO NOT STAY HERE unless u want to be berated.
