The property is nice. The bathroom floor tiles and grout were filthy. The bathroom had no ventilation besides a window, causing condensation on all surfaces including the ceiling as well as causing the room smelled musty.

Heater in room did not warm room sufficiently.
We were cold all night.

We paid for 2 nights balcony bay view & what they gave us was a obstructed view of bay overlooking parking lot😩
Carpet didn’t appear vacuumed & there was hair on towels in bathroom & on chair in room. Needless to say we will not be back!
No included breakfast, no fire pits! Seriously why so expensive!
Super disappointed since it was my husbands birthday!!!!!! Beware there are lots of steps as there is no elevator

Initial experience was bad. Even though I called way ahead of check in time and said I was arriving late, they told me no problem, they kept my initial room, when I called the second time to update them on my arrival time, they told me they didn’t have that room available anymore! I have to ask for management to resolve the “problem”; they did and got a nice room and had a great time with my family.

Everything was great about this place from the check-in to the comfort of the room. Great price will definitely be back.

The service at the restaurant was terrible. I waited 30 minutes for my order and still nothing came. The server that took my order was rude and made some rude comments that made me and the family next to me uncomfortable. It was a waste of time waiting for my breakfast order.
