Poor Customer Service, requested room to side by side room due to a sleep over not successful.. no early check in ..

We understand the importance of your requests and regret that we were unable to meet them.Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, we were short-staffed, which affected our ability to offer early check-ins. Additionally, the request for side-by-side rooms was challenging for us due to the specific group we had in-house. Most of the other guests had similar room types, and many had made similar requests for side-by-side accommodations. This made it difficult to fulfill all room preferences.We understand how disappointing this situation can be and appreciate your patience and understanding. We are always striving to improve our service, and your feedback is invaluable as we work toward ensuring a better experience for all of our guests.Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless stay in the future.

At first we arrived and found easy parking and close to Walmart if you need anything. Luggage rack available but slide door broke. We were checked in to the wrong room but the front desk fixed very easily. The reason I booked here again was last time the pool was sooo warm, you could just walk in and float around and not be chili...this time is was so much cooler, still easy to get in but had to keep moving. Clean property and room. Easy parking. Lil snack area. We missed breakfast. Close to our event. Could hear our neighbors, but they were quite loud.

This property was clean quiet and convenient to all your needs and wants the rooms are very spacious, I strongly recommend

We had an issue with our booked room not being avaliable. Adrien went above and beyond to accomdate us for the inconvenience.

This hotel is very pleasant. Clean and has a great pool to keep kids busy. The breakfast is very good. Full breakfast with several choices and juices. Fresh gourmet coffee in lobby always available. Staff was very friendly.
