The employees were friendly and helpful. Nice area. Good shuttle services. Good, comfortable, clean stay at an affordable rate.

The receptionist was quite slow at checking us in. Additionally they charged us incorrectly for a soft drink and insisted that I pay separately with a CC and when I mentioned that they overcharged me they said they would credit back my card which never happened.

Shuttle wasn’t available for early in the morning my flight take off at 5:00 and first available shuttle was at 4:30. Not enough time to be at the airport. And that wasn’t w specify in the add. Reception wasn’t any accommodating.

When we entered the hotel we were greeted by the best front desk staff ever! He was the absolute best person to be at the front desk checking people in. We were so tired from helping our goddaughter move and he just perked us up. Loved him!!! The hotel however needed some work. The room was ok and the bathroom was old and needed some cosmetic repair. There was work being done in the hallway. BUT the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The free airport shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice. It was everything we needed and we had a pleasant stay.

The property is comfortable but seems old and outdated but the shuttle was really convenient. Also the night front desk person couldn't process a request for a late check out and referred me to call the morning crew. Why is that the customer's responsibility to have to call in the morning to request it. Why can't the night employees process it or convey it to the morning staff? Seems very inefficient.
