I stayed here for a weekend while I had to visit a friend at Morristown Medical Center. The front desk people were fine, not super friendly but no where near rude. The bellhops Anthony and Mitchel were AMAZING. So friendly and helpful. My bathroom did break midway through my stay and they sent a bellhop with a new key within 5 min of the complaint. The only thing that annoyed me was the restaurant claims to be a wine bar but did not have any riesling by the glass. (Minior complaint) my actual stay was super cozy and super restful during this stressful time.

The property was very nice. I didn't like the fact, that 2 days before my arrival, I was cancel and booked me in Marriot Hanover hotel, according to them, was due to maintenance issues. My son, argued & talked to the sales manager. They let me in, but, transfer the booking to other members of my family to Marriot hotel. I think, they overbooked. We were part of a family wedding, we choose to be together.
