"The unobstructed view is amazing. You can see the Kangaroo hopping around at evening time. The Penthouse is spacious and comfortable. There was some misunderstanding at the beginning as the hotel.com confirmation page showing the jacuzzi when it is actually the Penthouse without jacuzzi but Renee is patient enough to explain the situation to us and even offer us another one. Everything is good except that the bed is not supportive enough for us and the Sofa is tired and need a replacement. "

"The property photos were misleading and did not reflect the actual property. The kitchen, dining and bathrooms were totally different from the photos. They also said the spa was private but in fact all other rooms surrounding the property could see us. Also upon arrival there were no gowns so we didnt use the spa, whichwas one of the reasons we chose this accommodation.
