"We stayed here as a group of 5 guys. The check in process was very smooth and everything in the room was very clean and modern. We booked the option with 2 beds in a bedroom and 3 Japanese floor mattresses in the living room. We knew it would be a small room and tight fit, but we were all still very comfortable. If you need more room to spread out, I would recommend getting a bigger room. We would definitely come back! Great price and location as well"

The main gripe is that we had forwarded our luggage from Hakuba and I was first informed that reception was not attended to for 2 hours, then I was informed it was 3 and when we got there, it was 4. I was worried that nobody would be there to receive our luggage. Our luggage did arrive and was locked in the reception are but we were not informed, hence we went 3 days...

"Location is excellent. Our little kid (less than 2 years old) loved the view of shinkansen and taxis moving around. It helped us a lot for comforting a little baby. The hotel was renovated with good quality interior and TV. Price was good compared to other hotels."
