Called at 5:23 to cancel reservation and was told that had to be done by 4! That's the check in time! I booked because I wasn't sure if I could get up my road because of the major snow storm. When I was able I called right away. There was no mention of this policy during the booking process.

I was here 6 days ago and got a downstairs room that was booked thru Expedia. I booked again since stay was nice before. I got an upstairs room (booked again thru Expedia). This time I had to haul my oversized suitcase upstairs and had to make two trips. No elevator. Even though all the rooms show no smoking, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Bedspread had burn holes in it. If I wasn’t so tired from driving 12 hours and wanted to haul my stuff downstairs I would complain. I will mention it upon checkout.

Even though the property is older, it was clean and quiet. Front desk was very nice.
