Good enough for me!
Posted 27 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis was not the best place I have stayed in, but sufficient enough. We can park in front of our rooms if somebody did not occupy those spots already. If the office is closed, you can contact the clerk from the outer window by ringing the bell. Unfortunately, there were no soft couch chairs available and I suggest bringing a seat cushion for the hard backrest on the wooden one The room contained the basic needs (refrigerator, microwave, television) and everything appeared to be fully functional (thermostat, hot water). It would help to have a clock and box of napkins available, but I normally use my own anyway. Bring a pair of slippers because they have hardwood floors and your own soap, but keep the samples. The mattress was not soft and I just slept on the bed cover. Ask the clerk for the WiFi password while checking in and request it be written down on a piece of paper because it is not provided. The key card can be tapped on the door like a credit card at self-checkout registers and slipped through a mail slot from outside when leaving, which slides onto the counter for convenience. I am willing to return here if necessary for overnight trips in Morgan Hill or Gilroy with early appointments scheduled the following day.

Check in was simple and the gentleman was friendly. This is by no means a fancy establishment, the room was very clean but slightly smelled of smoke. For a one night stay very convenient and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Upon arriving to the location it looks very clean and quiet. When I open my room there's a smell not of chemicals but a Musky smell. The shower had black mold around the rim of the tub. The bed sheets were not clean upon pulling back the bed sheets, there it was a large amount of long blonde hair in the pillows and also within the blanket and sheets on the bed. There was also a big foot stain on the right side of the bed where it looked like someone had stepped on it with a shoe because the footprint was still on the white sheet. The bed sheet and a yellow stain at the foot of the bed .
It was clear and evident that the sheets were not changed from the previous people who had stayed in this room. As it wasn't just one strand of hair it was almost like a whole handful of hair and it was super long. I could not have been my hair as my hair is short and black. Due to the nature of my stay and it was a work stay I did not have time to talk with staff as I had to put my belongings down and go to work that afternoon until late evening. The first night was awful as the neighbors to each side of me were Extremely Loud one room had multiple children and you can hear them jumping up and down in the bed they were extremely loud and the walls were paper thin the gentleman on the other side was snoring so loud it was hard to sleep that I had to turn the TV on and turn up the volume. I was unable to sleep in the sheets knowing how dirty and disgusting it was. WONT RETURN

Posted 2 Aug 2024 on HotelsNo hot even for a shower before check out. I called the Manager and was told to run the water for 10 minutes. NO hot water. No shower before leaving. Very disappointed.
