"The property was located in a location we needed. The lobby is clean and modern. We were on the 8th floor. The hallway carpet was dirty and in need of vacuuming. The room was decent sized, big shower, and the bed was decent, not great but not amazing. For one night it worked. The remote had such a delay that it was difficult to use. No carpet in the room which was nice but showed the dust and dirt in the room. Overall our stay was good and we would stay again. Front desk girls were polite and friendly. "

"We had a wonderful time. We came for Festival of Lights at Christmas. So beautiful. The hotel is georgeous and we explored the whole beautiful place. This place puts a smile on your face. Felt like kids exploring a castle !! Pool is heated and we used that and jacuzzi. I don’t know how to add photos otherwise I would… "

"Our stay was great, last-minute reservation due to previous hotel being horrible. The front desk associates were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our stay was very good. The only thing missing was at least one bottle of water in the room."
