"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."

"It was an interesting stay. Loved the staff, Jennifer in the restaurant and Elsa...well we just loved each other! Hotel needs work though, not up to Best Western Plus standards. No breakfast included and no hot water for most of our stay. Where is the plus? "

"Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. "I am Expedia Platinum. I travel over 150 nights a year to travel the world. This Las Hadas hotel is one of the world's greatest and yet worn hotels. It's not for everyone, but for those who can tolerate its deficiencies satisfaction awaits you. Walking disability makes this glorious gem an issue for a few. Hot water can take time, and all inclusive isn't fully all inclusive, and yet everyone tries to make your experience at Las Hadas a vacation to remember for the good. The Las Hadas Marina in the hotels grounds has fantastic restaurants. The entertainment crew are always on hand to make your wonderland experience more pleasurable. In 100 years when I'm long gone this hotel will still provide pleasure to those that venture into the more adventurous experience. "

OK for a economical stay.

"This property is an average spot, clean but room for improvement. It's economically priced, so good value for money. Better beds (comfort) would be nice. Better window shades too. The rooms are big enough. AC, TV and other amenities all were working."
