Dirty bed sheets, no soap/shampoo, small towels.

The property was nice. Close to the historic center.
The problem was not the hotel but Travelocity. Travelocity confirmed my reservation but the hotel did not receive it. They checked and checked. I tried to call Travelocity but the call would not go through.
It had to pay the hotel for rooms after I already paid Travelocity. Not fun. Now I need to wait until I get home to get a refund from Travelocity. This is the second time. Never using Travelocity again. What would I have done at 9:30 at night if the hotel had been sold out????

No frills but clean
Posted 1 Nov 2018 on HotelsThe room was basic and clean. There was no A/C but it did have a ceiling fan. No hot water at the bathroom sink but the water in the shower was warm. The TV only had one channel. You get what you pay for at this hotel at $40.

Posted 12 Jun 2018Only changed sheets and towels once during a 4 day stay. Julio the night watchmen was the only highlight and being close to the center of Morelia

Nice beds but need frezze because its so hot, but the beds, the rooms and the shower are awesome
