I reserved a Superior Room with a king bed. I was given a tiny room with peeling paint and vinyl peeling of the one chair. The bed was a double. I asked to have my room changed and was told that they could not.

For the price of the property, I know it was inflated due to the holiday by you are not getting anything better than you would at a motel six their carpets were not the cleanest the shower restroom floor was maybe just old, while the service was excellent the facilities were subpar. The air-conditioning units were loud and inconsistent. I probably would’ve paid less than half of what we did to stay here again, but if you’re looking to relax and be in a nice hotel, I would look elsewhere

No respetó la reserva y me dijeron que estaba cancelada por la hora (llegué despues de las 12am) , tuve que pagar de nuevo e insistían que en efectivo , pagué con tarjeta y me dijo me reembolsarían la cancelada , al final no estaba cancelada y se cobraron doble , no quieren devolverme la noche que pague extra .
